You, Your Unique Smell
You, Your Unique Smell
Hun picked me up on Friday night, then drove over to Cold Storage at Holland Village to do a little grocery shopping. Went back to his place, marinated the steaks we bought and had supper before collapsing into a deep sleep.
So we got started on our cooking business yesterday morning... french toast and bacon to be exact. Nothing fancy, but still yum nonetheless. Ha. Drove to Plaza Singapura after that for waffles at Gelare. Wanted to catch a movie but there were hordes of people lining up and the timings were bad anyway so we decided to go home and get on with dinner and head out for a late night movie after instead.
Steaks and pasta with tomato and mushroom sauce topped with cheese were on the menu. Cooking together was extremely fun and entertaining, and sorry for screwing up the "food presentation" TWICE, Hun. LOL. The steaks turned out to be uber delicious! Hahhs, we were so proud of ourselves. SUCCESS! =D
Drove over to VivoCity after that and met up with Amanda and Abraham. Coffee and chocolate talks at Pacific Coffee Company before catching 'The Leap Years'.

It wasn't too bad, considering it's a local production. Story line wasn't too bad either, however the choice of actors for some of the characters were a bit off. Had a couple of cute sweet moments though!
Our lazy stay-in Sunday today consisted of TV series and eating, eating and eating. Cereal, chips and McDonald's! Sometimes I think Hun is on a secret mission to get me fat. LOL.
Hun's gonna P.O.P in like 10 days! He definitely needs this 2-week break cuz he's been training so hard in there. I'm so excited! I'll get to see him everyday... plus not forgetting the trip. Can't wait! Anyway, I'm missing him so much now, even though it's only been like what, 4 hours? =(( His touch, his warmth, his smile... his everything. Sigh.
Ohh and I'm starting school this Tuesday, studying for a Diploma in Business. Apparently, lots of my friends are still recovering from shock upon hearing this. Like "Nicole? You? Study? You, in a school, studying?!" *Repeat a few times with increasing shock tone in voice* Hahhs. I'm kinda scared, I guess? Cuz I haven't been to school in almost 3 years and the first module being Accounting isn't helping much either. Gosh. I can't afford to screw this one up. I really really need it.
PS.
Mom bought the last installment of Harry Potter for me. Been trying hard not to read it yet cuz I was planning on reading it on the plane. Couldn't resist the strong pull it had on me though. Hahhs. Read like 2 chapters already. Heh.
