hysterics
hysterics
biting down hysteria,
raging battles with the inner demons.
war in the soft soul.
forcing its way through,
the cracks of the breaking wall.
plans to flood the calm and wise,
destroy and manipulate.
seep poison in the beating heart,
let it bleed, let it bleed.
sheer insanity should be locked up,
never allowed to roam.
now it is threatening an outbreak,
shrieking to slice through the veins and fibres.
tearing through normalcy,
echoes of agony ripple.
hell will break loose,
plunge into darkness.
clarity and goodness will be buried deep;
lost in oblivion, sucked into the black hole.
